What Is Advisor Support?
An Advisor is a trained, experienced individual who works with you and your family throughout the matrimonial search process. They are not a matchmaker in the traditional sense — they do not select matches for you. Instead, they serve as a knowledgeable guide and sounding board at every stage.
What Your Advisor Can Help With
- Profile review — Your advisor will review your profile and offer specific, actionable feedback to improve how you present yourself
- Search strategy — Help identifying which filters and criteria are most relevant to your goals, and which may be unnecessarily limiting your options
- Introduction guidance — Practical advice on how to approach initial meetings, what questions to ask, and how to manage family dynamics
- Decision support — A trusted, impartial voice to help you think through concerns or to affirm a positive decision
- Ongoing availability — Advisors are available via in-app messaging throughout your active subscription period
How to Access Advisor Support
Advisor Support is available on our Gold and Platinum membership tiers. To activate:
- Upgrade your membership via the Packages section of your dashboard
- Go to Dashboard → Advisor
- You will be matched with an available advisor within 24 hours

All Golden Marriage Media advisors have been trained in Islamic marriage preparation and family counselling. They are bound by strict confidentiality policies. Your conversations with your advisor are private and are not shared with other members or families.
